Brittany & Callen: A traditional Catholic Wedding On the Eastern Shore of Maryland

Brittany & Callen were married this past weekend in Chestertown, Maryland at St. Benedict Catholic Church and held their reception at the charming and historic Stepne Manor. It was a day filled with joy and it was an honor to photograph it. Special details adorned the day. Brittany’s mother was her matron-of-honor and two of her brothers served on the altar during the Mass. Furthermore, right before the ceremony, Callen’s grandmother bestowed to Brittany a gold bangle to wear down the aisle. The bracelet was a family heirloom that had been worn by all the women in her new family on their wedding day. How special! The bangle is like a link in a chain, connecting the past to the future! It was so touching to see the two families coming together to celebrate this wonderful couple!

Congratulations Brittany & Callen!
